Returns & 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers.
If you’re trying Clarifem™ for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened.
To prevent misuse, this guarantee applies to one opened product per customer.
Any additional items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Subscription Orders
Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the next billing date.
Unopened subscription items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Opened subscription items are not eligible for return or refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@clarifem.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened items beyond the first product trial
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
